Business names, logos and other third-party content

Business names, logos, trade marks, photographs and other third-party material displayed on JustVybe remain the property of their respective rights holders. All rights in that material are reserved by those rights holders, subject to applicable licences and law.

Business names and logos help visitors identify the businesses represented in the directory. Their appearance does not, by itself, mean that the business sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with JustVybe, or that JustVybe endorses that business or its products and services.

Some directory listings are compiled from public sources and have not been claimed by the business. A listing is not necessarily an account operated by that business. Details may change; please confirm important information directly with the business.

Using content

This notice does not grant permission to copy or reuse third-party material. Any reuse must be covered by permission from the rights holder, an applicable licence or a legal exception. Acknowledging the owner or displaying a disclaimer does not replace those requirements.

Report a rights concern

If you own rights in material displayed on JustVybe, or are authorised to act for the owner, email hello@justvybe.co.uk or use Report a problem in the footer. Include the page URL, identify the material and the rights concerned, explain your authority to act, and tell us how to contact you. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.

We will review the report and, where appropriate, correct, remove or restrict access to the material. Business owners can also use the claim link on their listing to request control of their business details.
