Child Safety Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
JustVybe has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page sets out our standards, the steps we take to detect and remove CSAE content, and how to report concerns.
1. Our standards
The following content and behaviour are strictly prohibited on JustVybe and will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement:
- Any content that sexually exploits or abuses a minor (anyone under 18, regardless of the platform's minimum age)
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format — images, video, audio, text, or links
- Content that sexualises minors, including drawn, animated, or digitally generated depictions
- Grooming behaviour — using the platform to build inappropriate relationships with minors
- Soliciting sexual content from or about minors
- Sharing, distributing, or promoting CSAE material
2. Detection and enforcement
JustVybe takes the following steps to detect and respond to CSAE content:
- User reports — all users can report any content or account using the Report function available throughout the platform. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
- Content moderation — uploaded images and content are subject to moderation review. Content identified as CSAM is removed immediately.
- Account action — accounts found to have posted, shared, or solicited CSAE content are permanently banned without appeal.
- Law enforcement referral — we report all confirmed CSAM and CSAE incidents to the National Crime Agency (NCA) and, where appropriate, to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and relevant international authorities.
3. Reporting CSAE content
If you encounter any content on JustVybe that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation, please take one or more of the following actions immediately:
- Report in-app — use the Report button on the relevant post, profile, or message
- Email us directly — hello@justvybe.co.uk
- Report to the IWF — iwf.org.uk/report (UK hotline for CSAM)
- Contact the NCA — nationalcrimeagency.gov.uk
- Call 999 in an emergency or if a child is in immediate danger
All reports are treated confidentially. You will not be penalised for making a genuine report in good faith.
4. Age requirements
JustVybe is intended for users aged 16 and over. Users must confirm they are 16 or older during registration and accounts are automatically closed if the user is found to be under 16. If you believe a user is under 16, please report the account immediately at hello@justvybe.co.uk.
5. Contact
For child safety concerns, contact us at hello@justvybe.co.uk. All reports are escalated directly to the CEO.
